Currently, we are looking for a smart, organized, creative and tenacious Marketing and Communications Associate to join our team.  As our Marketing and Communications Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with the development, implementation, and analyzing of engaging strategies to drive traffic and increase leads.  Our Marketing and Communications Associate will serve as the right hand to our Director of Product Marketing. 

As our Marketing and Communications Associate, you will regularly:

• Develop content for campaigns with our Director of Product Marketing (emails, website content, ads, etc)
• Manage company social media accounts to grow exposure
• Assist with website edits and content management
• Utilize business writing skills; assist with in-house production of case studies and white papers, as well as blogs, social posts, and more
• Prepare for client and company presentations (PowerPoint presentations/InDesign proposals), trade shows, and webinars
• Work in a collaborative, team environment

Our ideal candidate will have had experience in multiple areas of Marketing and is eager to jump in and help.  Due to our fast-paced, evolving industry, we believe a Marketing and Communications Associate will also need the following attributes, experience and education for success:

• Minimum 2 years of Marketing experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant, Marketing Generalist, or Marketing Intern (general or specific focus area) - required
• Experience with social tools, digital campaigns, and content creation - required
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, specific Marketing area of concentration or Business – strongly preferred
• Technical skills – Microsoft Office proficiency; foundational knowledge of customer relationship management software (we use HubSpot – bonus points if you have too!); experience with any Creative Cloud design software (required); Social Media Ads experience – specific to LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook
• Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation
• Readiness and excitement to learn more and take on more responsibility
• Ability to multi-task while remaining detail-oriented
• Analytical skills – see the details along with the bigger picture
• Flexibility – shift gears as necessary with a positive attitude
