Altus is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to be the conduit between marketing, inside sales and our customers.  This Remote position will be based out of Philadelphia, Baltimore or DC and cover 13 states in the Northeast Territory. As an Area Sales Manager, you will:

  • Grow sales to achieve company goals within your specified sales Area
  • Build, maintain and establish new customer relationships within sales Area
  • Execute sales activities with strong compliance to our sales process, including our client relationship management (CRM) database (Hubspot) and inside sales department
  • Develop and implement action plans to increase customer base, volume and market presence
  • Act as key liaison between key accounts and Altus to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Research and develop contacts and leads with targeted accounts

We believe a successful Area Sales Manager with Altus will be equipped with the following:

  • Tenacious drive for success - required  
  • Professional, engaging, and genuine communication skills (listening, verbal and written) – required
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills - required
  • Strong self-initiative to work independently, but also desire to work collaboratively - required 
  • 3 years of recent healthcare sales experience - required
  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing - required
